La boîte reçue de Su
Le suspense était à son comble car l'une comme l'autre nous attendions notre petit cadeau avec impatience. Il a bien fallu 10 jours pour qu'elles fassent le voyage ! Le plus important dans l'histoire est qu'aucune ne soit abîmée ni volée ni perdue :-)))
I think both Su and I were impatient to receive our little tin exchange, and it took around ten days for the tins to cross the Channel ;-)) Hopefully they arrived safely ....
Aujourd'hui j'ai donc le plaisir de vous montrer celle que j'ai reçue de la part de Su, une merveille de finesse, avec une broderie de Ewe and Eye and Friends sur un lin 16 fils. Ce motif est extrait de "Nancy's Sampler", avec quelques point spéciaux ravissants. A l'intérieur, un très joli tissu et oh merveille, de ravissants ciseaux rose, je les adore ! Le dessous de la boîte est recouvert de feutrine.
Today I have the pleasure to show you the lovely tin I have received from Su ; on the top of the tin, this cute design from EEF, in fact a part of the Nancy's Sampler chart, stitched on 40ct cream linen. The base of the tinbox is covered with overdyed felt. The inside of the tin is padded with a Moda flowered fabric, and special gift, a lovely pair of pink scissors :-)))
Et ce n'est pas tout ! une petite fiche Heirloom embroideries et un coupon de toile Jobelan bleue marbrée étaient également joints au paquet. 
It was Christmas for me : a piece of lovely blue jobelan and an Heirloom embroideries leaflet were also included in the parcel :-)))
Merci beaucoup, Su, elle est vraiment ravissante .... envie de commencer une petite collection de boîte brodées pour tenir compagnie à mes ciseaux ? oh oui !
